I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry since my sports science graduation in 2015. My studies provided a solid base of knowledge to grow from, and since then I’ve continued my education and found my own style, taking inspiration from a variety of coaching methods and modalities of movement.
I am passionate about making a positive difference to my clients’ lives; helping people to enjoy their physicality more and move with greater ease.
My philosophy is: the stronger, more mobile, and more conditioned we are, the greater the sense of freedom we will have in life. Everything feels easier and a bit more possible. If I can help people feel this freedom and ease in their bodies (and as a knock-on effect, their minds too) then I feel I’ve done my job.
