In 2016, we opened the doors to pH.7 – Life In Balance, to create a non-judgmental training environment where anyone (whether they are a pro-athlete or a beginner to exercise) can feel comfortable and thrive.
Over the years, we have crafted a philosophy around health, fitness, and wellbeing where a balanced and sustainable approach is promoted above all else.
We now have a flourishing fitness community who are reaping the benefits of this approach, and we passionately believe that, through good coaching and scientifically backed health education, we can shift clients’ mindsets around health and fitness, so that building long term consistent habits over short term fixes becomes the norm.
Our mission now is to reach out to the people who are unable to get down to see us at the gym. With pH.7 Online, we have created a system that combines all our best coaching methods and lessons that we apply with in-person clients, and puts it into an easy-to-follow self-guided framework.

After receiving your introduction email, the coaching modules will commence from the next Saturday in the diary and the programme then flows in a regular pattern over the subsequent 12 weeks.

We’d recommend having access to a gym or gym equipment if possible. However, we do understand that not everyone has access to a gym membership, so we also provide the option to follow an ‘at home’ programme. Please let the coaching team know which option you want when signing up.
