Having spent much of my teens and early twenties suffering from chronic knee pain, I set out on a mission to not just fix myself, but also learn how to help others free themselves from pain and its debilitating effects.
I graduated with a degree in Sports Therapy and now, 17 years later, have never looked back!
Combining my skills as a sports therapist with my experience as a personal trainer has allowed me to bridge the gap between pain and performance. Through an educational coaching style, I help clients understand their body properly so they can get themselves out of pain and enjoy the benefits of strength training and exercise.
A passionate learner, I am always looking for new ways to best serve our clients at pH.7 and am immensely proud to be at the heart of a team of coaches who serve on the front line of preventative health care, making a real difference in people’s lives.
