Over the last 20+ years of coaching, I have worked with all types of people at all ability levels. What still gets me out of bed every day, striving to be the best coach I can be, is knowing that I’m helping people find ways to improve their health and seeing them hit their goals.
Coaching is a powerful tool and it’s great seeing people learn to love exercise, begin making those small changes in their lives that make them a little bit better every day, and most importantly, getting closer to how they really want to feel about themselves.
