Before taking part in any group training at pH.7, you will need to fill out a PARQ form. This provides us with important health information about you, so that we can ensure it is safe for you to begin training.
NB. For insurance purposes, nobody can begin training without filling in this form. You can download one here.
To book your group training sessions, please log-in to our booking system, Gym Catch, which is available here and as an app.
Once you’ve created your profile and login details, you will be able to view our timetable and manage your bookings directly.
NB. All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
We host a group training WhatsApp chat for session reminders, updates, and any changes to the timetable. Speak to the coaching team if you’d like to be added.

pH.7 operates a 12-hour cancellation policy for group training.
We understand that sometimes sessions need to be cancelled or moved, and we will be as accommodating as possible, but if you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session rate.
Group Training sessions start promptly, so please ensure you arrive a few minutes early, so you are ready to go.
One more thing: we recommend bringing a water bottle and towel to each session.
