​* Small group PT is a 4 clients to 1 coach strength and conditioning session that is 60 minutes in duration.

 

 

  • Group training sessions are £20 per session PAYG. 

  • Small group PT sessions are £25 per session PAYG (these are 60 minutes in duration). 

  • First group training session is FREE!

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I START?

 

 I’m a total beginner, am I ok to take part?

 

We have developed a session format that allows the coaches to adapt the workout to suit the needs of the client, whatever their fitness level.

 

However, if you are concerned about being a beginner, we do offer a Group Training Introductory Package for £200, which includes:

 

  • 1 x 75-minutes PT session with a member of the pH.7 coaching team (to introduce the foundational exercises used within our group training sessions)
     

  • A home exercise worksheet
     

  • 5 x group training sessions

Pre-Exercise Questionnaire (PARQ)

 

Before taking part in any group training at pH.7, you will need to fill out a PARQ form. This provides us with important health information about you, so that we can ensure it is safe for you to begin training.

 

NB. For insurance purposes, nobody can begin training without filling in this form. You can download one here.

 

How do I book in?

 

We host a group training WhatsApp chat for session bookings, reminders, updates, and any changes to the timetable. Speak to the coaching team to add you to the group after your trial session.

What if I need to cancel a session?

 

pH.7 operates a 12-hour cancellation policy for group training bookings.

 

We understand that sometimes sessions need to be cancelled or moved, and we will be as accommodating as possible, but if you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session rate.

 

 

Anything else I need to know?

 

Group Training sessions start promptly, so please ensure you arrive a few minutes early, so you are ready to go.

 

One more thing: we recommend bringing a water bottle and towel to each session.
